Efforts will include working across functional teams to develop test plans and procedures, oversight of testing needs and performing a variety of acceptance and qualification test executions. You will be based on site in Shannon but with the opportunity as required for some hybrid and or remote working. Responsibilities: Create test design and planning by developing detail test plans (product level acceptance or qualification level that includes DO-160 testing), test scripts and test procedures based on technical requirements. Execute manual or automated on system or product level testing. Create concise reports to document test results, requirement verification, limitations, and constraints. Interpreting test data to identify anomalies, failure modes and provide root causes. I am working with product design and manufacturing teams to suggest improvements. Working with system/requirements team to advise on testing methodology and architecture. Capable of representing the test team as a prime technical contact on programs. Requirements Bachelors, Masters or PHD Degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline from an accredited institution. 5+ years of test experience ideally in a mechanical/manufacturing system. Exposure to Automotive or Aviation Industry. Understanding of test engineering concepts, principles, codes, and theory which includes but not limit to DO-160 testing. Must possess the ability to develop and communicate new concepts: apply them accurately throughout an evolving environment.
