Responsibilities Create test design and planning by developing detail test plans (product level acceptance or qualification level that includes DO-160 testing), test scripts and test procedures based on technical requirements. Execute manual or automated on system or product level testing. Create concise reports to document test results, requirement verification, limitations, and constraints. Interpreting test data to identify anomalies, failure modes and provide root causes. I am working with product design and manufacturing teams to suggest improvements. Working with system/requirements team to advise on testing methodology and architecture. This role has two phases: Phase 1 – Platform Transformation: Lead the migration of remaining lines of business onto a new Insurance Platform (IP), establish robust BAU processes, and manage the transition from legacy systems. Phase 2 – Operational Leadership (BAU): Own, optimise and continuously enhance the BDX processing function — ensuring data accuracy, operational efficiency, strong controls, and maximum return on technology investment. This is a high-visibility role combining project leadership, operational management, data governance and continuous improvement.
