The successful candidate will be responsible for the execution of preventive and corrective maintenance programs across site refrigeration systems, including industrial water- and air-cooled chillers and various AC units. Core Experience Preventive & corrective maintenance on: Water-cooled chillers Air-cooled chillers Centrifugal & screw compressors Large AC units / AHUs Fault-finding on refrigeration systems and control panels Experience with OEMs such as York, Trane, Carrier, Daikin, Sabroe Comfortable working in plant rooms and critical utilities environments Environment Experience Pharmaceutical manufacturing (ideal) Data centres Food production facilities Hospitals Large industrial sites Ideally, we are looking for; Maintenance Experience with large-ton centrifugal/screw chillers Strong preventative maintenance background GMP or regulated environment exposure Excellent documentation habits Strong EHS culture Ability to work independently on critical utilities Key Responsibilities for this role Execute planned preventive and corrective maintenance activities Service, troubleshoot, and maintain industrial water-cooled and air-cooled chillers and associated AC systems. Diagnose and resolve refrigeration system faults efficiently and safely. Complete all site documentation before and after work tasks in line with SOPs and GMP requirements. Liaise with third-party contractors during planned service activities. Perform Risk Assessments for maintenance task steps and ensure documentation remains valid and current. Update Maintenance Task Lists (MTLs) based on site needs and periodic reviews. Participate in periodic reviews of EWI/SOP documentation to ensure continued compliance and relevance. Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with site Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) standards. Participate in ongoing training to meet site and industry requirements. Qualifications & Experience Refrigeration F-GAS 2079 Certification (essential). Relevant Trade Qualification in Refrigeration or a qualified Industrial Electrician who has transitioned into refrigeration. Minimum NFQ Level 5 qualification. 2+ years experience in maintenance and troubleshooting of refrigeration equipment within a pharmaceutical (GMP) environment. Proven experience servicing and maintaining: Water-cooled chillers Air-cooled chillers AC units Experience with large-tonnage centrifugal and screw chillers is a distinct advantage (training provided if required). Experience working with major chiller manufacturers such as York, Sabroe, Trane, Carrier, or Daikin. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced, regulated environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.   • Position Summary The Estimator (O&M) is responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for power station O&M mechanical works to support tender preparation, commercial submissions, and post-award handover to delivery teams. In this role, you will be working with other members of the Estimating, Operations and Maintenance team, as well as occasionally with the other Procurement and Engineering team/teams, and will be reporting to the Business Development Director.
