About The Role The Data Entry Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of procurement-related data within the ERP system, working closely with our US business. This role is critical to maintaining clean data that supports purchasing decisions, vendor management, and supply chain efficiency. This role demands a meticulous eye for detail, exceptional organisational skills, and the ability to maintain structure and compliance of data within our ERP system. The Data Entry Coordinator will work closely with project teams and stakeholders to ensure accurate, up-to-date, and readily accessible product data, enabling the smooth progression of projects. Key Responsibilities Enter, update and maintain procurement-related data (purchase orders, supplier information, pricing, part numbers, etc.) in the ERP system in accordance with Tate's quality procedures. Review and validate data for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company standards. Generate and run basic ERP reports to support procurement and supply chain activities. Assist in identifying and correcting data discrepancies, ensuring smooth ERP workflows. Support documentation of ERP data entry processes and recommend improvements where needed. Collaborate with Engineering, Procurement, Finance, and Operations teams to maintain data integrity. Support the procurement team with vendor setup, purchase requisitions, and purchase order processing. Ensure all data is reviewed, approved, and issued correctly, maintaining version control and proper traceability, in accordance with the Product Compliance Policy, Laws, Regulations, and market demands. Qualifications, Experience & Skills Education: Degree qualification in Business Administration, Information Management, or a related discipline (preferred). Experience: Proven experience of 1-3 years in data entry, procurement, or supply chain support (experience in manufacturing, engineering, or construction industries is advantageous). Prior experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar) strongly preferred. Skills Excellent organisational, record-keeping, and version control skills. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners. Product Supply Chain and Forecasting: Oversee the supply chain and accurately forecast product needs to prevent shortages and delays, by continuously updating delivery dates and keeping account of production and stock. Coordinate the issuing of Technical Drawings and Documentation: As a project manager you will have to coordinate with the client and the internal design team to create and distribute technical drawings and documentation in accordance with company procedures. Technical Project Execution: Provide detailed technical specifications and guidance to ensure flawless project execution.
