This role is ideal for someone who is confident leading clients, passionate about digital storytelling, and skilled at turning insights into ideas that perform. What you’ll be doing Acting as the main day-to-day contact for high-profile consumer brands across retail, broadband, and eCommerce. Proactively coming up with new ideas for our clients to drive more revenue & leads online. Partnering with creative and production teams to deliver thumb-stopping content that drives engagement and brand growth. Managing paid and organic social activity across platforms like Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Analysing performance data to uncover insights and translate them into actionable recommendations for clients. What we’re looking for 3+ years’ experience in a digital, social, or integrated agency environment. Proven track record of managing social campaigns from concept to execution, including paid social. Confident client manager – able to build trust, handle senior stakeholders, and lead meetings with clarity and energy. Strong understanding of content strategy, creative briefing, community management, and analytics. A love for digital marketing, curiosity for what’s next, and a focus on delivering measurable impact.
