This is a high-value, commercial build in the range of €50M. The successful candidate will take ownership of day-to-day site operations, ensuring that quality, safety, and programme targets are consistently achieved. Key Responsibilities: Oversee all on-site construction activities from groundworks through to completion. Manage day to day site operations. Lead and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and direct labour. Ensure the project runs in line with programme, budget, and health & safety standards.
