Overview We are seeking a strategic Oracle Technical Consultant specializing in Oracle Fusion and OIC to own development, growth, and commercial success of Fusion ERP for one of our clients in Ireland. This reports to Head of Oracle Fusion Centre of Excellence, providing solution leadership while driving market growth, service innovation, and team expansion. Key Responsibilities Capability Development Build and scale local technical team in integration, data migration, reporting, and automation Develop career paths and technical training programs Develop packaged offerings: Integration Assessment, Data Migration Factory, Reporting Modernization Create accelerators for connectors, ETL mappings, data validation, and test automation Establish integration patterns with Azure, AWS, Boomi, and MuleSoft alliances Technical Delivery Leadership Provide architecture oversight on integration, data, and analytics workstreams Ensure technical designs meet security, compliance, and performance standards Business Development Shape technical solutions in major proposals and RFP responses Identify opportunities for integration modernization, data migration, and analytics transformation Build relationships with CTOs, CIOs, and enterprise architecture teams Skills & Attributes 8+ years technical delivery experience in Oracle R12 and Fusion OIC experience Experience shaping technical solutions in consulting business development Proven team leadership and complex project management ability What We Look For Strategic thinkers with strong technical background Excellent communicators engaging effectively at all levels Committed to collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement Candidates must be in Ireland with right to work to be considered for this position. #J-18808-Ljbffr
