We’re looking for a motivated professional to join our team in Bray. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in delivering new product development (NPD) and operational projects, working in a collaborative environment where quality, innovation, and continuous improvement are at the core of everything we do. What You’ll Do: Lead and coordinate engineering projects from concept through to delivery Manage new product development (NPD) and enhancements to existing products Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to agreed quality standards Monitor progress, track milestones, and manage resources effectively Identify and mitigate risks, resolving issues to keep projects on track Act as the key point of contact between engineering teams, stakeholders, and senior management Lead regular project meetings to ensure alignment and timely delivery Drive continuous improvement across engineering processes and systems Build strong relationships with internal teams and third-party partners What You Bring: Proven experience in project management within an engineering or technical environment Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities Strong organisational and planning skills with attention to detail Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise effectively A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a “can do” attitude Experience working with Agile/APM methodologies High level of computer literacy Education & Qualifications: Degree in Software, Electronics Engineering, or similar (or equivalent experience) Full driving licence Strong IT skills Desirable: Management qualification, ERP system experience (e.g. M3), or experience in engineering team supervision Why Join Us?
