The People Partner is a customer-facing HR role responsible for providing partnering & operational support in different disciplines across the HR function What You'll Do Provide HR support and expertise to the business, answering and giving guidance to employee and manager questions about HR programs, policies, and other HR-related items Provide point of contact and support for people managers for those based in manufacturing sites Provide expertise, guidance and coaching to customers for complex and sensitive questions or support needs Lead ER/IR cases for standard cases and provide ER/IR support to P&C BPs as required for complex cases Advise on performance management issues, and lead investigations Where appropriate, provide career guidance and coaching to individuals and managers Assist HR Leaders with planning and roll‑out of HR programs and initiatives Provides support on general People services processes like supporting interviews (where local presence is necessary) and involuntary separation Act as the liaison between Global/Regional People Excellence team and customers Employee Engagement Turnover rate Data integrity Success rate of conflict resolution and legal issues What's in it for you Joining Suntory isn’t just about taking on a role, it’s about embarking on a career journey. The role will support consistent and effective Integrated Business Planning (IBP) processes by consolidating commercial outputs, tracking key performance drivers versus plan, and clearly articulating risks, opportunities, and performance drivers. What You'll Do Commercial Reporting, Forecasting & Insight Support the consolidation, reporting, and narrative across GB commercial IBP cycles, including customer reviews, channel reviews, demand reviews, risks & opportunities. Prepare and deliver the GB month‑end commercial performance pack, providing clear insight, challenge, and “so what” commentary. Develop a strong understanding of brand, customer, and channel performance to help inform commercial strategy and decision‑making. Business Partnering Partner closely with Sales finance team to support effective performance reviews, forecasting, and execution of commercial plans. Work in close collaboration with RGM to support Joint Business Planning, pricing, promotions, mix, and investment effectiveness. Partner with the Commercialisation team to understand and support late‑stage customisation opportunities and their financial implications. Act as a key Commercial Finance point of contact for non‑channel‑specific topics, including governance, controls, and compliance requirements. Process, Systems & Automation Support the development and ongoing improvement of centralised commercial reporting, tools, and trackers, with a focus on standardisation and automation. Support improvements in short‑term forecasting (S&OE), including consolidation, insight, and narrative. Act as a Power BI super‑user within Commercial Finance, supporting automation and effective use of reporting tools. Capability Building & Continuous Improvement Support capability building across Sales and Finance by improving understanding and effective use of commercial data and insight Contribute to scenario planning in response to changing business conditions, customer dynamics, and external market factors. Contribute to the development of future automation and emerging AI‑enabled solutions across Commercial Finance, supporting improved insight, efficiency, and decision‑making.
