Wicklow, supporting four adults with intellectual disabilities to live meaningful and active lives. The individuals supported enjoy being part of their local community and engaging in activities such as listening to music, baking, spending time in nature, attending concerts, socialising with friends, and taking part in social clubs. As a Social Care Worker, you will support individuals to achieve their personal outcomes, develop their skills, and build positive, valued roles both within their home and the wider community. The role involves variable working hours, including day shifts, sleepovers, weekends, and unsociable hours. CPI experience and working with dual diagnosis and complex behaviours. Experience in alternative communications. Experience in creative problem‑solving techniques.
