We are seeking a proactive professional to lead our compliance, governance, and sustainability initiatives, ensuring our business operates responsibly, efficiently, and in line with best practice standards. The Role: This is a strategic, office-based role overseeing compliance, corporate governance, sustainability, and integrated management systems (IMS). You will manage ISO 9001 (Quality), ISO 14001 (Environmental), and ISO 45001 (Health & Safety) standards, drive sustainability objectives including Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions, and ensure the business remains fully compliant with legislation such as GDPR and sector-specific regulations. You’ll be a key advisor to senior management, embedding compliance and sustainability across all areas of the business. What You’ll Do: Lead and maintain our Integrated Management System (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001) and other compliance frameworks. Ensure the business meets all legal and regulatory requirements, including GDPR, environmental, health & safety, and sector-specific legislation. Develop and implement sustainability initiatives, including carbon footprint reporting (Scope 1, 2, 3) and sustainability objectives. Conduct audits, risk assessments, and compliance reviews, and implement corrective actions where necessary. Maintain and update policies, procedures, and documentation across compliance, governance, and sustainability areas. Train and support staff in compliance, IMS processes, and sustainability best practices. Monitor regulatory changes, industry standards, and best practices, ensuring proactive compliance. Report on compliance, sustainability, and governance performance to senior management and stakeholders. Collaborate with teams to embed ethical, safe, and sustainable practices across all business functions. What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in compliance, IMS management (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001), and sustainability initiatives. Strong knowledge of GDPR, environmental legislation, and occupational health & safety regulations. Experience in carbon reporting and sustainability metrics (Scope 1, 2, 3). Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
