About the Role As an Inside Sales Representative at ZeroMission you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by identifying, qualifying, and closing sales opportunities. You will use HubSpot CRM to manage leads, track customer interactions, and ensure a seamless sales process. Your primary goal is to meet or exceed sales targets by understanding customer needs and offering tailored solutions. Key Responsibilities Lead Generation & Qualification: Ability to adhere to targets set. Utilize HubSpot to manage, track, and qualify inbound leads. Conduct outbound prospecting through calls and emails to generate new leads. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products/services to effectively communicate value propositions to prospects. Sales Process Management: Manage and update the sales pipeline in HubSpot CRM, ensuring all activities are logged and information is accurate. Schedule and conduct virtual meetings or demos with prospects to present our solutions. Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for closing deals and achieving sales targets. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers. Follow up with leads and customers regularly to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within the existing customer base. Reporting & Analysis: Use HubSpot’s reporting tools to monitor sales metrics and performance. Provide regular updates to the Sales Manager on progress towards sales targets. Analyze sales data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with marketing campaigns. Provide feedback on lead quality and campaign effectiveness to improve overall sales outcomes. Participate in regular sales meetings, training sessions, and product knowledge updates. About You Qualifications: Proven experience in an inside sales role, preferably in a B2B environment. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field preferred, but not required. Proficiency in using HubSpot CRM for managing sales processes and tracking performance. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build rapport quickly. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Goal-oriented with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets. ️ Compensation, Perks & Benefits Competitive salary between 60,000 & 75,000€ OTE, depending on experience. Key Responsibilities Familiarise and understand operational processes to identify challenges and bottlenecks. Develop and optimise internal tooling solutions to automate and streamline key operational processes. Work cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to enhance operational efficiency. Collaborate closely with Product teams to ensure seamless integration of operational tools. Support compliance, due diligence and regulatory processes through automation. Develop automation solutions for fund launch and management processes, ensuring efficient workflows for internal and external stakeholders. Create automated document workflows to streamline and automate complex agreements and obligations. Ideal Experience & Skills Previous experience in a tech company, ideally in operations, product or process improvement roles. Experience in building tools and automation solutions with demonstrable experience in their application to improve complex multi-step processes and workflows. Hands-on experience with tooling development platforms. (We use Retool, but remain open-minded to new technologies and solutions). Strong problem-solving skills with a technical mindset and curiosity about automation. Experience developing AI-powered tools and leveraging technology to optimise workflows. Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges. Structured thinker with a logical approach to problem-solving. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Demonstrated ability to take ownership and drive results with a sense of urgency. Benefits 28 days holiday per annum + Bank holidays, with the option to roll up to 5 days per annum.
