The ideal candidate must have at least 3 years of experience working in commercial kitchens. The role is 5 days a week from 3:00 PM to 9:30 PM, including weekends. Candidates must have a passion for food, the ability to work well in a team, and a commitment to producing consistently excellent quality food while maintaining the required GP.
Must be living within 30km of the restaurant.
