Strong knowledge of Irish construction practices, building regulations and industry standards. Excellent leadership and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and site teams simultaneously. Experience in construction programming and scheduling using tools such as MS Project, Primavera or similar software. Strong commercial awareness with the ability to monitor project budgets and financial performance alongside the commercial team. Experience working closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors and statutory authorities. Strong knowledge of health and safety legislation and best practice within the construction industry. Excellent organisational, communication and problem-solving skills. Full clean driving licence and willingness to travel to project locations as required.
