While the role is primarily focused on Duty Manager responsibilities, the successful candidate will also be required to step into theBanqueting Leadrole during peak times, providing leadership and operational support for events. What Youll Do: In thishands-onrole, you will: Oversee the dining room, function rooms, and reception areas during service. Communicate clearly across departments to ensure smooth daily operations. Handle guest queries and complaints with professionalism and care. Ensure all Club areas are well-presented, clean, and ready for guests. Accurately manage member transactions and event billing. Maintain daily financial reconciliations, floats, and end-of-day procedures. Support senior management with reporting, rosters, and shift handovers. Assistwith the setup and running of events, weddings, meetings, and Club functions. About You: Youwillbring: A minimum of 2 years' proven experience in banqueting or event operations. Minimum of 1 year of experience in a supervisory management role in hospitality. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
