  • Capital Projects Director Grangegorman Development Agency has exclusively retained Steering Point to lead the search for a Capital Projects Director The Organisation: The Grangegorman Development Agency (GDA) is a statutory agency established in 2006 under the Grangegorman Development Agency Act 2005, tasked with one of Dublins largest urban regeneration projects in decades. The GDAs mission is to transform Grangegorman into a vibrant community with a world-class, integrated, and inclusive education, health, and community campus. To support this, the GDA is recruiting a Capital Projects Director The Role: The Capital Projects Director will play a pivotal leadership role in the delivery of key capital projects on behalf of the Agency, ensuring projects are delivered in line with approved scope, budget, schedule, quality, sustainability standards, and governance requirements. This role involves leading complex, multi-stakeholder capital programmes across their full lifecyclefrom project initiation through to construction and handoverwhile ensuring compliance with public sector frameworks and best practice.
