We are looking for an experienced and technical Web Engineering Team Lead . In this role, you will lead the continued development and enhancement of the Staycity and Wilde websites, ensuring seamless integration with Oracle Opera, online check-in systems, keyless entry, and other digital customer journeys. These websites process roughly €50M of sales per year. You will spend roughly 50% of your time on hands-on development and 50% managing outsourced developers, defining strategic direction, and implementing robust, scalable, and maintainable web solutions. You will be the principal technical lead for the project with a view of growing the team and architecture going forward as Staycity keeps growing. Lead the development of new features, scope them, and define the correct implementation flows and processes. Demonstrated experience owning the delivery of medium to large projects, such as acting in a CTO capacity within a startup environment. Hands-on experience in production systems using modern Microsoft technologies, ReactJS, Azure, SQL, CosmosDB, and related tools. Strong architectural expertise in distributed Azure environments. Familiarity with CMS platforms like Umbraco and their integration with front-end applications is desired. Provide expert technical accounting advice to business as required. Lead the automation and simplification of accounting processes to ensure scalability as the group expands. Champion the implementation of new systems incl. new ERP Microsoft Business Central and Power BI reporting suite. Lead business partner for General/ Divisional managers; driving and leading them in achieving our KPI’s. Assist or lead in growth-related projects across the wider group as required incl. new property integration. Support the CSRD reporting project and contribute to the achievement of the group's sustainability strategy. Lead a team of qualified/part qualified accountants and enable them to deliver their best.
