    Sonographer St. James's Private Radiology Group St. James's Private Radiology Group is seeking an experienced and motivated Sonographer to join our dedicated team. About Us St. James's Private Radiology Group is a privately owned diagnostic imaging provider offering a comprehensive range of services including ultrasound, CT, mammography, and DXA scanning. We are committed to delivering the highest standard of care to our patients, underpinned by a welcoming team culture and direct radiologist support. The Role We are recruiting at both Senior Radiographer and Clinical Specialist Radiographer (CSR) level, depending on the experience of the successful candidate. As Sonographer, you will take a lead role in the day-to-day operation of our ultrasound service, working within a close-knit team with a radiologist available at all times. You will contribute to the continued development of our service and play an important role in ensuring an outstanding experience for every patient. Key Responsibilities Lead the efficient daily operation of the ultrasound service, including patient scheduling and waiting list management Contribute to the development and implementation of operational policies, protocols, and guidelines in line with international best practice Support ongoing service development and quality improvement initiatives Participate in clinical audit, risk management, and health and safety programmes Assist in the preventive maintenance and QA programme for ultrasound equipment Support the induction and development of new team members Engage in the complaints and incident review process as required Requirements BSc (Hons) in Diagnostic Radiography or equivalent Postgraduate qualification in Ultrasound Minimum 2 years' post-qualification experience in diagnostic ultrasound Current CORU registration Experience across CT and mammography is desirable What We Offer Competitive salary with excellent earning potential Excellent earning potential (Senior Radiographer or CSR level depending on experience of applicant) Flexible working hours and a strong work-life balance culture Family-friendly scheduling tailored around your needs 29 days annual leave Employer-contributory pension scheme Maternity, paternity, and parental leave Ongoing commitment to professional development and continued learning To Apply Please submit your CV to by clicking in the apply button below.
