What You Will Bring Minimum of 7 years of experience in the financial industry with exposure to collateralised margin trading, preferably in Treasury, Private Banking, or Wealth Management. Strong knowledge of FX business and familiarity with FX products and derivatives, processes, workflows and trade lifecycle. Demonstrated strong analytical and product management skills, including the ability to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements effectively. Good understanding of finance technology, with the ability to collaborate with developers and architecture teams. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or Business Administration/Finance. Knowledge of software development lifecycle and prior experience in requirements gathering and testing, as well as software documentation.     Manager – Investor Services Location: Dublin (Hybrid working is on offer). What You’ll Do Manage, review and coordinate the workflow within the Investor Services Team. Oversee all regulatory requirements and corporate governance issues for the clients. Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients. Control and oversee all client and investor communication from an Investor Services perspective. Act as an escalation point for client issues in parallel with the IS management in India. Conduct face‑to‑face meetings with clients at service review meetings or dedicated Investor Services focused meetings. Take ownership of all Investor Services aspects of clients’ ongoing projects to ensure timely delivery. Provide guidance and support to team members regarding client queries and implement solutions for all queries. Continually upskill and mentor team members. Develop and maintain procedures to ensure an efficient workflow while delivering excellent service to all clients. Deliver high‑quality internal customer service working with other departments. What You’ll Bring Strong knowledge of the Investor Services world: subscriptions, redemptions, transfers, switches, AML, KYC, fund documentation, fund domiciles, cash flows, processes and systems. Hands‑on experience with day‑to‑day Investor Services activities on client accounts. Demonstrable experience within the funds industry, preferably hedge funds. High level of competency in direct client contact. Comprehensive knowledge of fund structures and all aspects of services provided by an Investor Services department. Superb people‑management skills with examples of team improvement. Ideally educated to degree level qualification. Benefits Hybrid Work Model – flexibility.
