Develop, manage, and maintain 3D models using Revit, Plant 3D, Navisworks, and similar BIM software. Produce detailed installation drawings, fabrication models, and accurate as-built documentation. Support project teams in the implementation of BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) and adherence to company BIM protocols. Conduct regular model reviews and clash detection, issuing coordination reports and tracking resolution progress. Liaise closely with design consultants, main contractors, and site teams to ensure alignment with design intent and constructability. Maintain accurate and up-to-date model data in compliance with ISO 19650 and client-specific standards. Deliver BIM-related technical support and training to design and site personnel. Contribute to the continuous improvement of BIM workflows, templates, and standards across projects Position requirements: Degree or diploma in Building Services Engineering, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. Minimum 2+ years of experience in BIM coordination within an M&E contracting or design environment. Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks Manage, and AutoCAD. Experience with Autodesk Plant 3D is a strong advantage Familiarity with BIM 360 Solid understanding of mechanical and electrical building systems and construction processes.
