  • A leading media company in Ireland is seeking a Senior Sales Manager to lead a high-performing team within the Consumer Packaged Goods sector, focusing on Beauty, Health, and Household Care. This role involves building relationships with senior decision-makers and driving sustainable revenue growth through strategic planning. Candidates should have strong experience in advertising sales, proven leadership capabilities, and a strong understanding of data-driven decision making. The position requires commuting to the office for collaboration 1-2 times per week. #J-18808-Ljbffr

  • What you’ll do Lead a high-performing team of junior and senior Client Partners and Client Account Managers within the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry, with a focus on Beauty, Health, and Household Care, reporting to the CPG Industry Director. Build strong external relationships with senior decision-makers across partner organizations (brands and agencies), establishing trusted partnerships and driving industry thought leadership. Grow Pinterest revenue sustainably across CPG by building the strategy and action plan for your scope of business, balancing short- and long‑term priorities, and driving operational excellence across key metrics. Use AI‑enabled tools and insights to scale your impact—identify growth opportunities across a portfolio, prioritize where to spend time, and make faster, better‑informed decisions. Apply AI to improve team productivity and operational rigor (e.g., automating prep and follow‑ups, improving pipeline hygiene, surfacing risks/opportunities, and strengthening account plans) so you can spend more time with clients. Track, analyze, and communicate key quantitative metrics and business trends to senior leadership as they relate to your team’s client partnerships. Hire, develop, and lead a diverse, high‑performing team, fostering a strong and inclusive culture to support both emerging and established clients. Achieve revenue targets through effective planning, goal setting, performance analysis, and forward‑looking forecasting. Partner cross‑regionally and cross‑functionally to build cohesive plans with peers and internal stakeholders, including Product, Sales Operations, and Marketing. What we’re looking for Strong experience in advertising sales, media, and/or marketing/brand building, with an established network in the German market—preferably within CPG (Beauty, Health, and Household Care). Strong people leadership capabilities; proven people manager experience required. Deep understanding of how media works, including core KPIs, terminology, and the drivers behind media investment decisions. Practical AI fluency and strong adoption mindset: you’re curious, adaptable, and focused on using AI to improve how work gets done (productivity, efficiency, forecasting/pipeline management, and client management)—not "AI for AI’s sake." Demonstrated ability to use data, automation, and tools to drive outcomes: you’ve used technology to improve sales execution (e.g., better prioritization, tighter follow‑through, cleaner pipeline, faster insights) and can point to measurable impact in a fast‑moving environment. Demonstrated commercial acumen and an analytical, data‑informed mindset. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence effectively across stakeholders and levels. Maintains objectivity and composure under pressure; takes a forward‑thinking approach when faced with adversity. Learns from setbacks, and manages crises and volatile situations effectively. Thrives in a dynamic, results‑focused environment; comfortable navigating ambiguity and change. Resolves escalations and keeps people and projects moving forward, coaching direct reports to find solutions and deliver outcomes despite incomplete information. Acts as a steward of business‑driven change and helps the team adapt while staying productive. Makes sound, timely decisions while seeking appropriate context and evaluating alternatives. Synthesizes experience and multiple inputs to determine the best path forward, willing to make tough (even unpopular) decisions when needed. Builds and sustains a high‑performance team culture; addresses unproductive behaviors and challenges poor outcomes for self and others. Sets a high bar for performance and results, demonstrating resilience and consistent follow‑through to successful completion. Relocation Statement This position is not eligible for relocation assistance. Visit our PinFlex page to learn more about our working model. In‑Office Requirement Statement We let the type of work you do guide the collaboration style. That means we’re not always working in an office, but we continue to gather for key moments of collaboration and connection. This role will need to be in the office for in‑person collaboration 1-2 times per week and therefore needs to be in a commutable distance from the Hamburg or Berlin office. #J-18808-Ljbffr
