    Overview Squarespace’s People team is committed to defining & building how artificial intelligence is applied across the broader employee and manager experience. As a People AI Solutions Architect, you will set direction, drive execution, and transform how the People team delivers and supports core people work through thoughtfully designed, responsible AI solutions. This role partners closely with senior People team leaders and collaborates across the broader People team, Data, Technology, IT, Legal, and Security to identify high-value opportunities, deliver solutions, and ensure sustainable adoption. This is an extremely hands on, building oriented individual contributor role with broad scope, high visibility, and significant influence across the People organization. This is a hybrid role working from our NYC office/Dublin office 3 days per week and you will report to the Manager, People Analytics. You’ll Get To… Define the playbook for AI in HR, creating the scripts, templates, and processes that will scale our efforts. Spend time shadowing COE’s, including Talent Acquisition, People Business Partners, and People Operations to observe their workflows in order to build what they actually need. Rapidly prototype AI tools and vibe-code solutions to prove an idea works before we commit to a full build, without waiting for a roadmap. Design, build, test, and implement AI-enabled workflows and tools, moving from proofs of concept to production-ready and full adoption, while iterating based on data and user feedback. Translate People-related challenges into clear, usable solutions that balance effectiveness, risk, and employee experience. Evaluate tools and vendors, build proofs of concept, and recommend approaches based on practicality, risk, and potential impact. Partner with People Tech, People Analytics, IT, Legal, and Security to ensure solutions are secure, compliant, and fit for day-to-day use. Apply responsible AI practices, including appropriate data use, transparency, and human oversight. Track outcomes and adoption to understand what is effective and identify areas for improvement. Coach and support others in understanding how AI can be effectively utilized within the People Team. Contribute People-centric expertise into broader internal AI discussions as required. Who We’re Looking For 6+ years of experience in HR technology, people analytics, digital transformation, automation, or related fields. You aren't just an advisor; you have the technical chops to write scripts, work with APIs, and build functional prototypes using modern AI tools. Proven ability to lead ambiguous, cross-functional initiatives with meaningful impact. You’re a self-starter who thrives in the gray area. If a playbook doesn't exist, you enjoy writing it yourself. Strong understanding of HR functions and systems across the employee lifecycle. You have a deep, practical interest in LLMs and AI agents. You’ve built a few things that have had real impact and are the person everyone asks about the latest tech. Track record of influencing senior stakeholders and driving alignment. Strong communication skills and sound judgment when working with sensitive employee data. Experience with enterprise HR platforms such as Workday preferred.   • Senior Product Manager, CRM

    Overview The Squarespace Client Engagement team is looking for a Senior Product Manager, CRM Backend to drive the strategy and execution of our core CRM platform and data model. Our Client Engagement group, the CRM team, helps merchants connect with their customers by providing them with a 360 view into their data, enabling users to reach the right customer at the right time, with minimal effort. We are a team committed to building products that help merchants retain customers. You will work closely with other Product Managers, Data Engineering, and various teams across the organization that rely on customer data. This is an opportunity for you to craft the fundamental data and platform strategy for our CRM offering, ensuring its scalability and long-term viability as a critical company asset. This is a hybrid role working from our Dublin office 3 days per week. You will report to the Senior Group Product Manager. You\'ll Get To... In partnership with the Sr. Group PM, define and own the CRM data model strategy, ensuring it is solid, scalable, and meets the needs of dependent teams across the organization. Guide and execute scalable platform decisions for the CRM backend to support future product growth and complexity. Oversee and define the strategy for third-party integrations, managing data import, export, and synchronization capabilities for the CRM platform. Leverage the latest technical advancements in data management, including AI/ML techniques, to drive data normalization, canonical data model creation, and automated insights/recommendations within the CRM backend. Lead and align a dedicated team of engineers, prioritizing their work and managing the technical roadmap for the CRM backend platform. Partner with other PMs and data partners (analytics, data science, marketing) to seek out answers to data questions that impact multiple teams. Influence and inform team/group strategy through passionate and well-reasoned presentation of ideas. Contribute to OKRs, team and product strategy, vision, and roadmap. Be a single, mutually supporting-force with your partners in design, engineering, UX research, and product analytics. Who We\u2019re Looking For 4+ years of experience in product management, specifically focusing on backend systems, data models, or platform products. Strong technical background and experience in data management, data modeling, and data strategy. Well versed in managing technical requirements for third-party integrations (import, export, sync) and data partnerships. Experience in leveraging modern data management techniques, including AI/ML, for data quality, transformation, and automated insight generation. Ability to take a vague problem, research and prepare a compelling proposal for action that will drive key outcomes. Experience leading cross-team research studies. A nuanced understanding of the methods of modern product discovery, product delivery, and user segmentation. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to align different teams around achieving business goals and outstanding user experiences.
