This role is a temporary contract (Maternity Leave cover) for a 9-12 month period. Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, this role will primarily be involved in driving the HR agenda to improve business performance. Facilitate the implementation of any changes with regards to Employment Legislation. General HR Administration duties such as maintaining Personnel records, generating recruitment paperwork, preparing HR documents etc. Qualifications Strong HR knowledge with the ability to drive the HR agenda at store level. Commercial acumen with the ability to translate HR practices to business success. Previous experience in retail HR is preferable but not essential. Excellent communication skills with the ability to keep all stakeholders informed. HR degree or CIPD qualification is desirable.
