Our client, a progressive Irish law firm, is seeking a solicitor in the Newly Qualified – 3 PQE range to join a partner-led practice that combines commercial property and M&A. This is a unique opportunity to work with a partner whose practice spans corporate, commercial and real estate matters , offering exposure to a varied mix of transactional and advisory work within a single practice. Responsibilities Advising on M&A transactions, including share and asset sales and purchases Supporting on corporate restructurings, joint ventures and general company law matters Acting on a range of commercial property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals and leasing Drafting and negotiating commercial agreements across a variety of sectors Working closely with the partner on integrated corporate and property matters Contributing to the ongoing development of client relationships Why Join This Team?
