This is an exceptional opportunity for an ambitious employment law solicitor (3–6 PQE) to join the growing Dublin office of a major international firm with one of the world’s largest employment practices . The team advises leading global and domestic clients on the full spectrum of employment law, from complex cross‑border restructurings and investigations to day‑to‑day HR advisory. With access to a global client base and a clear pathway to partnership (18–36 months for the right candidate), this role offers both challenge and progression in equal measure.
Responsibilities
Advise international and domestic clients on all aspects of employment law, including advisory, contentious, and transactional matters.
Manage complex WRC and Labour Court cases, including discrimination, whistleblowing, and equal pay claims.
Support multi‑jurisdictional projects such as reorganisations, outsourcing, and cross‑border M&A.
Collaborate with global colleagues on shared clients and multi‑country mandates.
Mentor junior lawyers and contribute to team growth and development.

Candidate Profile
3–6 years’ PQE as an employment law solicitor, ideally gained in a large or mid‑size firm in Ireland, London, or another common‑law jurisdiction.
Strong experience in contentious and non‑contentious employment law matters.
Proven ability to manage complex workloads and competing client demands.
Excellent communication, drafting, and negotiation skills.
Commercially minded, collaborative, and motivated to grow within a top‑tier international platform.
