Our client, a top 5 Irish law firm, is seeking a Commercial Property Associate / Senior Associate (2–6 PQE) to join its tier one commercial real estate team in Dublin. The role offers exposure to complex, high-value transactions across Ireland and internationally, including developments and investments exceeding €1 billion. Working directly with a leading real estate partner, the successful candidate will handle a broad mix of investment, development and asset management work, with early responsibility and direct client interaction.
Responsibilities
Advising on acquisitions and disposals across a range of asset classes, including office, retail, residential and mixed‑use developments
Acting on large‑scale development projects, including commercial, residential and infrastructure‑led schemes
Advising on landlord and tenant matters, including high‑value lettings and asset management work
Supporting the real estate aspects of corporate transactions, including due diligence and transactional structuring
Working with institutional investors, financial institutions, developers and multinational occupiers
Managing transaction processes, including coordination with internal and external stakeholders

Candidate Profile
Qualified solicitor with 2–6 years’ PQE in commercial property gained with a large, mid‑sized, or boutique firm in Ireland or the UK.
Experience advising on acquisitions, disposals, development or landlord and tenant matters
Strong technical grounding with the ability to manage aspects of transactions with appropriate supervision
Commercial awareness and an interest in complex, high‑value transactions
Ability to work directly with clients and contribute to transaction delivery
Strong organisational and communication skills.
