Commit to continually developing yourself to strengthen performance and leadership in a changing business. Manage recruitment of new dispensing staff and ensure thorough induction into the business. Host regular team meetings and training to foster continuous improvement throughout the business. Facilitate regular discussions and manage performance through 1-2-1s, performance reviews, and development opportunities. Ensure professional training for team members aligns with present and future store needs and that supervision complies with legislation. Aim to consistently exceed personal and team goals.
