Some of the responsibilities of this role include: Answering phone enquiries Confirming appointments, checking entitlements for PRSI / Medical card funded appointments Dealing with customer enquiries regards contact lenses and taking contact lens order payments, setting up contact lens direct debits. Submitting HSE Medical card claims and reconciliation of Medical card/ HSE payments PR work / coordination. Our business We're recruiting for our Dublin Hub with a dedicated audiology test rooms. We are recruiting a forward-thinking HAD to provide care to patients across their stores. Within this role, you will perform hearing tests and advise which of our competitively priced hearing aids is best, to ensure each customer receives the first-class experience they expect. We also offer wax removal, so the microsuction/wax removal qualification is advantageous. What's on offer?
