    We are recruiting an Accountant with Audit experience to join an Accountancy Practice in the South Country Dublin area- Stillorgan/Blackrock surrounding. This is a small-medium sized practice. Suitable candidates must be qualified, CIMA, ACCA, ACA qualified. The company specialises in audits across a range of sectors including Trading companies, Property & Real Estate, Asset Leasing, Aviation, Financial Brokers, Service Providers, charity and non profit sectors. Responsibilities: Prepare year end financial statements for a wide variety of clients/companies Prepare Personal Income Tax returns for a large number of Individuals/Directors of companies and small businesses Prepare B1 annual returns for the CRO and ensure compliance. Manage year end processes for a portfolio of clients. Assist in statutory audits from planning to completion, taking ownership Prepare audit files Prepare and file corporation Tax returns and calculate CT liability for clients Vat returns Ensure compliance with Irish Tax and filing deadlines Liaise with Partners regularly Requirements: Must be a Qualified Accountant with ideally 2-3 years Accounts & Auditing experience.     We have an exciting opportunity for a Qualified Architect who is looking to expand their knowledge and join a new, design led, multi disciplinary Architectural practice on the Southside of the City. This is a small but ambitious studio with a modern ethos, focused primarily on large scale commercial, hospitality and high density residential projects, all delivered as new build developments. As a ground-up practice, they are currently working on a number of committed large-scale projects and are now seeking motivated, creative, and skilled architects at all levels of experience to join our growing team. The Role We are seeking Architects (minimum 2 years experience) who are enthusiastic, proactive, and keen to develop their skills while contributing meaningfully to the growth of the practice.     We are recruiting an Accounts Administrator to work on an initial 3mth contract basis for an Electrical Contractor based in the Dublin 12 area. Possibility of a longer term role for the right candidate.
