The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of procurement, project leadership, and regulatory frameworks, including building control requirements applicable in the Republic of Ireland. Key Responsibilities Design: Set up a structure for the delivery of the design of the development. Attend meetings and track progress of design activities.
