Key Responsibilities 1. Guest Services & Customer Relations Meet and greet guests on arrival and provide information on local amenities and on-site facilities Provide assistance and respond to guest requests Contact all guests prior to arrival to confirm details Respond to emergency calls as required Monitor guest comment cards and follow up on feedback where necessary 2.
