    We have an exciting opportunity for a Qualified Architect who is looking to expand their knowledge and join a new, design led, multi disciplinary Architectural practice on the Southside of the City. This is a small but ambitious studio with a modern ethos, focused primarily on large scale commercial, hospitality and high density residential projects, all delivered as new build developments. As a ground-up practice, they are currently working on a number of committed large-scale projects and are now seeking motivated, creative, and skilled architects at all levels of experience to join our growing team. This is a unique opportunity to be involved in projects from concept through to completion, gaining exposure and responsibility often unavailable in more established practices. The Role We are seeking Architects (minimum 2 years experience) who are enthusiastic, proactive, and keen to develop their skills while contributing meaningfully to the growth of the practice.     We are recruiting an Accounts Administrator to support an Accounts team based in an office in the Dublin 9 area, Santry. This role will be on site supporting Payroll & Accounts in a busy department. Previous Accounts or Administration experience is required where the suitable candidate will have proven experience to show level of attention to detail and accuracy levels. Responsibilities: To provide accounts and payroll administrative support. To help with daily tasks and financial duties. To make sure reports, invoices, and documents are completed on time. Send client invoices to ensure billing is on time. Ensuring all relevant hours and rates policies are adhered to. Raising any queries in relation to timesheets. Managing candidates' queries on payments and timesheets. Update candidates bank details on the system where appropriate. Help with month-end reports to make sure figures are complete and correct. Answer emails and phone calls and solve any issues quickly. Requirements: A willingness to learn. Proficiency in general computer and software use, including Microsoft excel, outlook and word. Team player. Previous experience in an accounts or administrative role is required. Excellent attention to detail. The ability to work under pressure with speed and accuracy.
