Shift Pattern: Monday-Friday 10:00 - 13:00 15:30- 17:30 Responsibilities & duties: - Cleaning floors, communal areas and tidying up workspaces, undertake general cleaning of the facility, including offices, floors, corridors, stairwells, elevators, kitchens and toilets. - Vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, emptying bins and other tasks as required - You may come into regular contact with customers so you must be able to assist them if needed - You must complete all relevant Health & Safety records and attend training courses when needed - Ensuring the toilet facilities are kept clean and supplies are replenished when required. - Inform management of stock required for replenishing purposes. - Report and store lost and found items. - Promoting a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. - Exercise care, reliability and attention to the cleaning needs - Work to an agreed roster which defines areas for cleaning, the type of cleaning and the regularity with which the cleaning is to be carried out, in conjunction with your line manager. - Maintain a high standard of hand washing and a high standard of personal hygiene. - Operate a satisfactory waste disposal system. - Take action when aware of unhygienic practices, which may put the safety at risk. - To use tools and machinery with care and report any defect - Present oneself in a clean and professional manner at all times - Participate in company events such as performance reviews, surveys, and training - Any other duties as the company sees necessary Job Type: Part-time Pay: €13.30 per hour Schedule: Monday to Friday Ability to commute/relocate: Newbridge, CO. The key responsibilities are: · Diary Management: Efficiently managing the schedules of executives, including coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. · Communication Handling: Screening and managing phone calls, emails, and other communications on behalf of executives, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups. · Document Preparation: Preparing and editing reports, presentations, and correspondence for internal and external meetings. · Reception Duties: Greeting and assisting visitors and clients, providing a warm and welcoming environment, and handling any inquiries or requests. · Being the front-line ambassador – manage day to day operations and maintaining best in class working environment located at the main entry concierge desk · Event Planning: Coordinating corporate events, meetings, and functions, ensuring all logistical details are handled seamlessly and driving employee engagement, morale and company culture as well as provide ongoing support for sponsor events hosted on site. · Office Supplies: Monitoring and ordering office supplies, ensuring the office runs smoothly and efficiently. · Facilities Coordination: Liaising with facilities management to ensure the workspace is well-maintained, including coordinating repairs and managing office space. · Manage vendor service levels including caterers, snack and beverage vendors, and others as necessary. · Budget Management: Assisting in managing budgets for office supplies, events, and other administrative expenses. · Purchase, invoice processing and reconciling costs as necessary. · Ensure that conference rooms and break/shared areas are tidy, stocked with supplies and ready for the next session. · Welcome new employees and assist with first day tasks. · Be familiar with the office teams and maintain accurate headcount and seating data. · Other administrative and reception duties as required.
