Monitor and analyze the performance of frontend applications, using tools such as Lighthouse, WebPageTest, or browser developer tools, and make necessary adjustments to improve performance. Qualifications and Experience Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. 10+ years of experience in frontend development, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality web and mobile applications. Extensive experience with modern frontend frameworks and libraries, such as React, Angular, or Vue.js. Deep expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related frontend technologies. Strong understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first development. Experience with version control systems, particularly Git, and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines. Proficiency in frontend build tools and task runners, such as Webpack, Babel, npm, or Yarn. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions. Duties and Responsibilities Collaborate with QA and development to define comprehensive test framework strategies. Directly responsible for the QA development artifacts (e.g. test code repository) and demonstrating/maintaining best practices for the team. Owner of the technical QA test framework roadmap and works with manager to ensure that the roadmap aligns with the business/product needs and goals. Track test framework activities, including schedule, resources, requirements, defects, and resolution for clear alignment across key stakeholders. Identify areas for improvement in test framework coverage methodology and provide valuable suggestions. Provide Quality Assurance for the test framework developed on private and public Cloud Infrastructure. Design and develop QA Test Framework for integration, regression, stress tests, and test suites focusing on automation. Possess good Web/UI testing knowledge, utilizing tools similar to Playwright expertise. Proactively identify performance bottlenecks and build automation tools to validate scalability across Cloud Services. Qualifications and Experience Master’s degree (Ph.D preferred) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields. Minimum 15+ years of experience in embedded software in the data center, networking, security, cloud services, or automotive industry. Excellent knowledge of test methodologies and software development processes. Proficiency with Linux command line, shell scripting, and networking fundamentals. Experience with cybersecurity and reviewing/challenging product specifications. Competent in one or more programming languages: C++, Python, Java, Javascript, Go. Experience with test automation tools and frameworks such as Playwright, PyTest, Behave, Postman, etc. Familiarity with relational databases, NoSQL databases, client-server architectures, and automation tools like JIRA and Jenkins.
