The Executive & Office Coordinator will work closely with the General Manager to provide high‑quality administrative support, manage scheduling for meetings and appointments, and ensure the Dublin office runs efficiently and feels welcoming. Following our recent move, this role will play a key part in setting up and maintaining an organised, well‑equipped workspace. You'll also lend a hand with various internal initiatives that keep our team connected, informed, and working effectively. You will be employed and payrolled through an agency. This role has a part‑time schedule of 15h (approx. 3 half days per week - 09.00 - 14.00 - Monday, Tuesday, Thursday) based in our Dublin office. Roles & Responsibilities Provide day‑to‑day administrative support to the General Manager and the Dublin team where appropriate, including handling correspondence, document preparation, and follow‑up on action items. Manage scheduling for internal and external meetings, interviews, and appointments. Oversee the smooth running of the Dublin office, from supplies and equipment to workspace organisation and vendor coordination. Contribute to the establishment of best practice office environment benefiting internal and external stakeholders. Assist with onboarding logistics and coordinating with the HR team on people‑related initiatives. Support internal communications and event coordination. Handle ad hoc administrative projects and initiatives as needed. Requirements Proven experience in an Executive Assistant, Office Manager, or similar administrative role. Highly organised, detail‑oriented, and proactive. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable juggling multiple priorities and adapting to changing needs. As part of a collaborative cross‑functional team responsible for the entire software development life cycle, you will work on cutting-edge technologies and products, contributing from conception to deployment. Responsibilities Help support post‑customer site issues verification. Work with FAE & CE team members to troubleshoot and identify issues. Develop detailed test plans and execute test cases through automation and manual testing. Write integration tests for backend applications and tests for RESTful/GraphQL APIs. In this role, you will be responsible for high-quality implementation of an Agentic Framework to support our AI applications. You will be responsible for writing the production-grade code that allows our AI applications to interact with millions of vehicles in real-time. We need a "builder" who thrives on the technical details of multi-agent orchestration, tool-calling optimization, and LLM security. You will translate architectural designs into executable, high-performance systems, taking full ownership of the development lifecycle from local prototyping to global cloud deployment. This is a hands‑on role for an engineer who prioritizes execution, code quality, and system reliability for multi-agent systems, AI technologies and platforms. This is a hybrid role based in our Dublin, IE office, where you will be expected to work in our office 3 days a week.
