Location: Limerick, Ireland Salary: €80,000 – €90,000 + Sodexo Benefits About the Role We are seeking an experienced General Services Manager to lead the delivery of integrated facilities management (IFM) services at the Eli Lilly site in Limerick.This is a senior, client-facing role with full responsibility for service delivery, financial performance, compliance, and people leadership. You will act as the single point of contact for all FM activities on site which include cleaning, GMP cleaning, catering, Landscape, pest control and technical services, ensuring outstanding service delivery, strong client relationships, and full regulatory compliance, while driving continuous improvement and commercial performance.
