Your Role: As the senior technical lead, you will: Oversee all planned and reactive maintenance, statutory compliance, and asset performance. Lead a multidisciplinary technical team, ensuring a high standard of service delivery and a culture of accountability and excellence. Act as the primary point of contact for client technical matters and energy management initiatives. Manage energy strategy, reporting, and improvement projects to support sustainability targets. Ensure full compliance with all Health & Safety, environmental, and legislative standards. Deliver all contractual KPIs and SLAs, including finance tracking and cost control. Champion innovation, performance monitoring, and continuous service improvement. What You Bring: 10+ years’ experience in Facilities Maintenance and Technical Services Management Expert knowledge of HVAC, BMS, mechanical and electrical systems Strong understanding of energy management principles, sustainability and compliance Proven success managing diverse teams, contractors, and technical staff Skilled in project delivery, audits, reporting systems (CMMS/CAFM/BIM) and contractor control IWFM or FM qualification (Hard FM biased.) Knowledge of Statutory Compliance, Health & Safety legislation, SOPs Previous experience in mission critical environments (e.g. education, healthcare, pharma)Preferred: Relevant qualifications in Engineering or Building Services Why Join Sodexo?
