Location: Limerick, Ireland Salary: €80,000 – €90,000 + Sodexo Benefits About the Role We are seeking an experienced General Services Manager to lead the delivery of integrated facilities management (IFM) services at the Eli Lilly site in Limerick.This is a senior, client-facing role with full responsibility for service delivery, financial performance, compliance, and people leadership. You will act as the single point of contact for all FM activities on site which include cleaning, GMP cleaning, catering, Landscape, pest control and technical services, ensuring outstanding service delivery, strong client relationships, and full regulatory compliance, while driving continuous improvement and commercial performance. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the delivery of multiple FM services across the site Take full ownership of contract performance, KPIs, SLAs, and compliance Manage financial performance including budgets, forecasting, P&L and cost control Build and maintain strong client relationships, leading regular performance reviews Provide visible, confident leadership to multidisciplinary site teams Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety, GMP/GDP, and regulatory requirements Work collaboratively with central and segment subject matter experts Identify and deliver service improvements, efficiencies, and growth opportunities Drive high standards of employee engagement, performance, and developmentAbout You Essential: Proven experience in a senior management role within an outsourced or IFM environment Strong commercial and financial acumen, including P&L management Significant experience working in a regulated environment (GMP/GXP), ideally 5+ years Excellent client relationship and stakeholder management skills Demonstrated leadership experience managing large, diverse teams Strong xsokbrc communication, influencing, and decision-making skillsDesirable: Facilities, Engineering, or Technical qualification Experience in pharmaceutical or FMCG environments NEBOSH (or equivalent) qualification BIFM or other relevant professional qualifications Diploma/Degree in Hotel & Catering Management Degree in Business ManagementWhat’s on Offer A senior leadership role within a high-profile contract Opportunity to make a real impact on service excellence and client satisfaction Supportive matrix structure with access to expert central teams Career development within a large, global organisation

Your Role: As the senior technical lead, you will: Oversee all planned and reactive maintenance, statutory compliance, and asset performance. Lead a multidisciplinary technical team, ensuring a high standard of service delivery and a culture of accountability and excellence. Act as the primary point of contact for client technical matters and energy management initiatives. Manage energy strategy, reporting, and improvement projects to support sustainability targets. What You Bring: 10+ years’ experience in Facilities Maintenance and Technical Services Management Expert knowledge of HVAC, BMS, mechanical and electrical systems Strong understanding of energy management principles, sustainability and compliance Proven success managing diverse teams, contractors, and technical staff Skilled in project delivery, audits, reporting systems (CMMS/CAFM/BIM) and contractor control IWFM or FM qualification (Hard FM biased.)
