Role Description
New Homes and Auction Specialist – full‑time position in the Cavan office. The role involves overseeing and managing property sales for new developments, coordinating property auctions, and liaising with developers, buyers, and other stakeholders. Responsibilities include conducting property viewings, negotiating contracts, maintaining accurate records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, building long‑term client relationships, and identifying market opportunities.
Qualifications
Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
Proficiency in property valuation, appraisals, and conducting property viewings
Knowledge of auction coordination and new home sales processes
Familiarity with property laws, regulations, and compliance standards
Excellent organization, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines
IT skills and experience with property management systems
Full clean driving licence and flexibility to travel within the region
A relevant professional qualification and membership, such as with the Institute of Professional Auctioneers and Valuers (IPAV)
