About The Role & Team From initial journey planning, to arriving at the final destination, everything is going mobile. What You Will Do As a senior member of SITA's Airports Passenger Flow Team, you will oversee the creation and commercialization of mobile passenger processing services which streamline travel and improve airport and airline efficiency. You will oversee ‘Passenger Flow Mobile’, assuming responsibility for strategy, technical development, go‑to‑market messaging, internal communication, support for business development, and impressive commercial outcomes. More Specifically Interact with customers to identify their business/technical requirements and challenges helping ensure outcomes are relevant and timely. Serve as the product expert—understanding its functionality, commercialization, and how SITA Passenger Flow Mobile addresses the needs of demanding air transport industry clients. Keep up‑to‑date analysis of market trends, key competitors’ capabilities, and associated market positioning. Collaborate with, and travel to, central and regionally based business development teams to provide expert insight and technical guidance. Take charge and responsibility even in uncertain environments. Secure approvals for ongoing capital and capex investments. Publish consistent financial reports, including revenue, pipeline forecasts, expenditure relative to approved investments, and Portfolio business plans. Ensure technical development roadmaps are delivered promptly and within allocated budgets. Make sure product documentation is thorough, clear, and easily accessible. Be approachable and enjoy working as part of a distributed team. Establish strong relationships with senior stakeholders across SITA and third‑party partners. Embody and demonstrate SITA’s values: step up for the customer, dare to grow, try fast, fail fast, and do it together. Guarantee that everything customers see or hear reflects SITA at its best. Manage stakeholders throughout complex airport and airline ecosystems. Possess excellent communication skills—connecting ideas and simplifying information to aid understanding. Demonstrate highly effective negotiation skills, focusing on prioritizing development tasks and achieving timely outcomes. Collaborate effectively across teams, managing multiple dependencies in distributed settings. Qualifications A relevant career portfolio demonstrating high levels of Senior Product Manager proficiency. In‑depth knowledge of mobile ecosystems (iOS, Android), release cycles, store limitations, SDKs, onboarding, and developer documentation. Familiarity with API‑driven architectures, including gateways, traffic management, REST design, authentication, and error handling. Experience with airport and airline systems, data flows, identity validation, backend integrations, and tokens. Data privacy and security compliance (GDPR, biometric data). Expertise in analytics, KPI tracking, SLAs, reliability, operational support, and deployment models (cloud/on‑premise). Proficiency in security, access management, configuration‑driven products, and biometric technology at scale. Proven sales/business development experience. Over eight years of Product Management experience. Excellent communication, presentation, leadership, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities. What we offer We’re all about diversity.
