The adventure begins right here, with you, at SITA. About The Role & Team SITA is proud to present a great opportunity for a Product Owner to join our Infrastructure Cloud Engineering team. You will be part of a diverse and creative team that is continually striving to offer the best quality products and services that are continuously transforming air travel. We are seeking a motivated and technically sound Product Owner to lead the roadmap, delivery, and lifecycle management of our DDI infrastructure (DNS, DHCP, IPAM) and a suite of security appliances, including HashiCorp Vault, Thales HSM, and Tanium. You will work cross-functionally with engineering, operations, architecture, and security teams to ensure our solutions meet business needs, regulatory requirements, and performance expectations. Cloud computing continues to allow us to transform and consolidate IT infrastructure, automate workloads, and pursue further levels of innovation. As a Product Owner at SITA, you will be working with Infrastructure Cloud Engineering teams on various assignments that use Cloud technology and automation to tackle large-scale challenges. What You’ll Do Create technical and feature roadmaps along with release planning, sprint goals, and grooming both technical and business functionality that meets multiple development projects Prioritize and maintain the product backlog for assigned products, balancing the requirements of stakeholders and solve product-related problems, make decisions, complete trade-off analysis to stay on track towards business deliverable commitments Define and maintain the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for DDI and security platforms (HashiVault, Thales HSM, Tanium). Translate business and technical requirements into actionable user stories and features in Aha! and Azure DevOps. Act as the primary liaison between infrastructure, cybersecurity, and product teams, ensuring alignment of priorities and outcomes. Drive implementation plans, from feature ideation through deployment, with an agile and iterative mindset. Collaborate with architecture and operations to ensure reliable, secure, and scalable deployment of the products. Monitor product usage and health, define KPIs, and support continuous improvement and incident follow-up. Contribute to security and compliance initiatives, such as SOC2, ISO27001, or NIS2, through proper control enforcement and audit readiness. Manage vendor relationships where applicable (e.g., HashiCorp, Thales, Tanium). Support the internal communication and change management process related to product rollout and upgrades. Qualifications ABOUT YOUR SKILLS 2 to 3 years previous experience in role of Product Owner with proven hands-on experience managing all stages of product life cycle Proficiency in the use of Agile planning tools (Azure DevOps, Aha!) High degree of organization, individual initiative, and personal accountability along with the ability to work with multiple cross-functional teams to deliver on a common goal Familiar with product prioritization techniques and ability to prioritize effectively along with experience in the management of stakeholders and their expectations. Experience as a product technical advisor to stakeholders including the customers, product manager, scrum master and development team Exposure to DevSecOps practices and secure software development lifecycle (SDLC) NICE-TO-HAVE Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO) or equivalent Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., HashiCorp Certified Vault Associate, Infoblox Certified Admin, Tanium Certified Operator). Experience with infrastructure-as-code or automation tooling (e.g., Ansible, Terraform).   • Senior Software Developer (with C# and .NET focus)

    Overview Purpose Designs, develops, and maintains specific modules within an application or system using existing and emerging technology platforms. Key Responsibilities Writes and delivers code for features and modules, debugs existing code, and provides technical guidance to less experienced Developers, including FTEs, Contractors, and Offshore Partner Resources. PURPOSE The purpose of the Data Scientist is to analyze and interpret airline and airport operational data to support strategic decision-making, improve efficiency, and unlock insights that enhance the overall customer and passenger experience. About The Role & Team As a Senior Automation Test Analyst working in the Operations at Airports portfolio, you will be accountable for the analysis of requirements, producing test plans and reports, reviewing and enhancing software development test processes to assure the product quality, implementing the test automation strategy and designing scalable and maintainable test solutions within a highly collaborative DevOps team. What You’ll Do Create high level test scenarios. Execute test scenarios. Record and analyse actions and results and maintain a defect register. Review test results and modify tests if necessary. Report on progress to stakeholders. Responsible for creating, maintaining and executing automated tests. Mentor Junior Test Analysts. Qualifications ABOUT YOUR SKILLS: University degree or equivalent preferably in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or similar. ISEB Foundation qualification or recognized country-specific qualification desirable. Minimum of 5 years experience in a software development or testing environment.
