Responsibilities Manage the receipt, distribution and tracking of all drawings, documents and correspondence using the company’s document control system such as BIM 360, Viewpoint or similar Maintain up-to-date registers of drawings, technical submittals, RFIs and project correspondence Ensure all documentation complies with Sisk standards and project naming conventions Support design and site teams in uploading and retrieving controlled documents and drawings Monitor document workflows and highlight any delays or issues in approval processes Liaise with internal teams, consultants, subcontractors and clients to ensure timely document exchange Assist with audits and quality checks to maintain full document traceability and compliance Support handover documentation compilation and archiving at project completion Provide guidance and training to team members on document control processes and systems where required Essential At least two years’ experience in document control within a construction or engineering environment Experience using document management systems such as BIM 360, Viewpoint or Aconex Strong organisational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail Ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams and manage workload effectively in a busy environment Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications Desirable Experience on major infrastructure, building or design-led projects Familiarity with ISO 9001 and quality management procedures Understanding of digital construction processes and BIM standards Sisk is a family-owned business with over 160 years of history built on trust, teamwork and innovation.
