Complete all necessary documentation and ensure that all required records are accurately maintained. Achieve weekly targets through effective teamwork. Applicants with an NFQ Level 6 qualification with relevant experience will also be considered. This is a field-based role offering considerable independence. Ideally you will have previous field service experience where you have undertaken fault finding on electronic equipment. You will also be required to have strong IT, Microsoft Office and Networking Infrastructure skills. Your customer facing skills will be invaluable, as you will be required to interface with customers and staff at all levels within Siemens / Third parties, contractors, sub-contractors and suppliers and must quickly gain the respect of others, both colleagues and customers at all levels. You must hold a full driving license, valid for driving in Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland. Dublin Your tasks and responsibilities: Provide leadership to deliver on daily output targets through inspection in a low volume, high complexity, and highly regulated medical devices environment. Lead and support inspection activities in the areas of component and mechatronic Inspection to support manufacturing. Leading the completion of First Article Inspection Reports (FAIRs) and various types of lot inspection activities, conducting visual and measurement tests, dispositioning defective products for rework, and confirming re-work. Responsible for managing the initiation and completion of stock purges to ensure minimum disruption to manufacturing by closing out stock purges in a timely manner. Responsible and accountable for all aspects of the Purchased Material Inspection (PMI) team's performance and output KPI's. Strong working knowledge / experience of general Quality inspection activities with a background in problem solving in a dynamic regulated environment with tight deadlines. Knowledge and application experience with manufacturing techniques and process controls is expected. The role requires strong results orientation and a drive to meet committed deadlines. Experience in leading and being a part of teams and projects with strong communications written and verbal. Ability to work in technically complex multi-discipline areas across the whole supply chain, including the supplier environment.
