As a key leader within the CLS SCM Global Planning team, the Senior Manager will drive strategic initiatives across global inventory optimization, country replenishment process improvement, and resource allocation. Qualifications/Skills/Experience required for this role 3 + years of EHS experience, preference given to a manufacturing setting. Bachelor's degree in occupational health and safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field. Familiarity with ISO 14001 and 45001 EHS Management Systems. General knowledge of applicable EHS regulations. Excellent communication, organizational and analytical skills. Demonstrated critical thinking and ability to recognize potential hazards or compliance issues. Ability to take initiative, be proactive, and see a project to conclusion. Successful candidate will spend a significant percentage of time in physical work environment to ensure visibility, partnership, and dynamic evaluation of risks.
