Handle complex customers’ accounts and negotiate payment plans. Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions by using Sidetrade software. Monitor accounts and provide reporting on collection activity. Analyse accounts and determine the best collections strategies. Escalate any complex account/situation with a solution-driven approach. What you’ll bring All experience levels are considered, ideally with 1 years’ experience in accounts receivable, cash collections, finance, or banking industry (a minimum in customer service or relations can be considered. Love working towards targets, deliver on goals and meet deadline. Proactive, driven and business-focused. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, including a good telephone manner and a professional approach. Good usage in Microsoft Office Tools (Word, Excel). Autonomy and team‑working. Resilient and persistent mindset. Fluent in speaking French. A second European language is an advantage, ideally English.
