Kerry, V93 HR27 Scope And General Purpose Of Job To proactively manage all aspects of the guest experience in the Falls Restaurant and the private dining rooms in the Hotel. You are responsible for the stock within the department and the stocktaking of all departmental stock, maintenance and purchasing of crockery and cutlery and table linen and equipment, maintenance of equipment within the department. Leadership is crucial in this role, and it is important to examine and manage the raising of all standards carefully.
