    Talent Acquisition Specialist at Servisource Position Information Job Title: Booking Coordinator Division: Autism & Assessment Department Start Date: Immediate Contract: Temporary Location(s): Cork or Dundalk (Hybrid) Reporting To: Project Manager Principal Duties and Responsibilities Due to recent growth, Servisource ( part of the Cpl Group ) are seeking to appoint a temporary Booking Coordinator to join the Autism and Assessment team. The department coordinates autism and other assessments for children on behalf of the HSE and for private clients. The successful person will be required to work in a team environment, be highly organised, detail-orientated and possess excellent problem-solving skills. In addition, they must have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with families in an understanding and empathetic manner. Duties of the role will include but not limited to: Referral review and bookings: Upload/manage new referrals on Salesforce. Contacting families to schedule assessments in different CHO areas. Follow up with families, schools and HSE coordinators to ensure the collection of required documentation before assessments. Communicate effectively with HSE coordinators for regular updates and queries. Project Coordination and Support: Supporting the Operations Manager and the wider team in coordinating Autism Assessments. Meeting service objectives and key performance indicators as set out. Communicating effectively with clients and team members to ensure the smooth running of operations and proactively addressing any issues that may arise. Data and Systems Management: Maintaining the highest standards of record keeping. Ensuring that internal systems are being used to full capacity. Compliance and Quality Assurance: Compliance with all service and departmental policies, procedures, protocols, and guidelines. Ensuring service delivery is always kept to a high standard. Undertaking any other reasonable duty which is appropriate to the role when requested to do so. Skills and Qualifications: Excellent interpersonal, communication (written and verbal) and listening skills. Strong planning, organisation and multi-tasking skills. High level of attention to detail and ability to manage time and prioritise effectively in order to work towards targets and deadlines. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Strong administration and documentation management skills. High level of motivation and pride in what one does is key to success in this role. Full driver’s license and access to own vehicle is desirable.
