  • FM Site Lead  

    - Killarney

    We are currently recruiting for a number of Site Facilities Leads to join our PPP Community Nursing Units (CNU) in Ardee, Clonmel, Athlone and Midleton. The successful candidates will be responsible for taking ownership of the operational management and delivery of all facilities management services. This is an active and visible role requiring excellent customer relationship and supplier management skills. This will ensure positive contribution to the performance of the business by promoting a culture of customer care. RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage the customer interface within an assigned PPP CNU; ensuring a high standard is maintained in the day-to-day running of the site Build excellent relationships with the customers, client, our suppliers, and other partners while guaranteeing appropriate and responsive reaction is taken to address all client concerns Ensure that the operational aspects of his/her site are delivered in accordance with the SLA Ensure compliance with all statutory, management systems, security and relevant company and client policies generating a true health and safety culture Efficiently lead, develop, and retain staff to deliver services Establish a Continuous Improvement Process, adding value to both the business and our client As a member of the Facilities Management Team, be a leader and ambassador of the business Organise and facilitate regular Customer Forums and meetings with other key stakeholders as appropriate Interact with all internal teams to achieve delivery of planned and reactive tasks using best practice Support customer and company audits ensuring optimum results are achieved Ensure that Company records are held and updated as required Authorise payroll issues concerning staff within the portfolio of CNUs under post holder's responsibility (i.e. overtime, absence etc.) Verify that all new starters receive induction training in line with Company policies and procedures Ensure Objectives, Performance Reviews and Toolbox talks are completed as per standing company policy Any other duties as required as determined by the Company QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE: Multi skilled with relevant experience in a similar environment is advantageous Strong customer service and people management skills Knowledge/experience of CAFM and BMS systems Experience as an outsourced provider of Facilities Management is desirable Health & Safety awareness - IOSH/NEBOSH an advantage Understanding of Quality systems e.g. ISO 9001 accreditation Strong understanding of Facilities Management/Building/M&E services Commercial awareness Competent in compiling and collating site information into weekly and monthly reporting formats e.g. Energy Management requirements Willingness to assist the wider team on maintenance tasks as required #J-18808-Ljbffr

    We are looking for an IT Manager to join our growing business, this is a full time management role based out of our Head Office in Blanchardstown. In this role you will have full responsibility for the information technology of the business. Key Accountabilities Manage & collaborate with the IT third party support function. Coordination of the functions of all computer systems of the organisation and ensuring that all hardware, software, networks, and related applications work correctly and efficiently. Track and maintain hardware and software inventory. Responsible for device management to include operating systems, security tools, applications, servers, email systems, laptops, desktops, software, and hardware. Lead computer-related initiatives across the business in order to meet business needs. Plan projects, coordinate with stakeholders, and manage staff working on those projects. Establish and maintain an information Security Management System for the business that meets the requirements of the ISO 27001:2023/A1:2024 standard. Act as the key point of contact for external consultants and certification bodies in relation to external audits of the Information Security Management System Responsible for the security and integrity of the Company's network and data to include but not limited to firewalls, GDPR compliance & file management systems. GDPR compliance - act as GDPR subject-matter expert in respect of data systems, permissions and obligations for electronic data. SharePoint - manage and guide the team in SharePoint to include training. Oversee the SharePoint project in the business.   • Electrical Maintenance Technician

We support clients across various industries, including commercial, data centres, pharmaceuticals, life sciences, advanced technology, manufacturing, industrial, and healthcare, tailoring each solution to meet the specific demands and ensuring its longevity and performance. Main Duties And Responsibilities To carry out planned, preventative maintenance on a range of equipment including but not limited to Emergency Lighting, Distribution Boards, PAT testing, Lighting controls systems Troubleshoot issues as they arise on site and escalate to the relevant department / manager if repair cannot be completed. Proactively identify and remedy equipment maintenance issues to ensure equipment uptime is maximized Review and engage with the client CAFM system and update proactively to complete and close out tasks (full training on system will be provided) Assist subcontractors as required Assist with any queries regarding quotations and purchasing Engage and utilise the CAFM (Computer Aided Facility Management) software system and maintain the necessary records, ensuring they are accurate and up to date (full training will be provided) Source spare parts as required to ensure minimum stock levels are maintained Comply with Health and Safety, Environmental and Quality legislative requirements Contribute to and achieve Safety, Quality, Compliance and Continuous Improvement targets Undertake ad-hoc projects on occasion as required Ensure any training deemed necessary by your line manager is completed in a timely manner and be open to CPD requirements.   • Hard Services Site Manager  

    - Kildare

    Sensori FM is currently looking for a Hard Services Site Manager at Kildare Village. The role includes and is not limited to the following: Together with the Sensori & Value Retail management teams, provide the following: Maintain a strong, experienced, professional and capable services engineering and fabric team Assist VR Operations Team when required and manage the local services activities, in particular the development of electrical, control, mechanical and HVAC services Develop and manage document control system for the site Provide hands-on support in the following areas: Be the main site point of contact for all site PPM & Reactive requirements Meet with VR Ops team daily and review the site requirements Be hands-on and carry out daily tasks such as reactive callouts, due ppm routines etc. Meet with sub-contractors on site when required and liaise between subcontractors, SFM Management and VR Supervise, maintain and track the provision of a daily update to the client to include the status on reactive calls, due ppm's and any planned or reactive sub-contractor works Track the site task planner and ensure compliance and that all ppm's are carried out by their due date Contact sub-contractors directly if they miss any due dates and update all parties. Escalate any non-compliances Be in charge of the site workshop and ensure that it is well stocked and kept clean and tidy Be proactive in identifying any H&S, M&E or fabric requirements. Such items should be brought to the attention of SFM Management. Parallel to the above we envision: Assisting in managing any technical projects within the village where any hard services are being installed or upgraded and ensuring any existing services remain unaffected or returned to their correct state. Within this role the Site Manager should also recommend periodic and strategic upgrades to the M&E services to the VR Operations Director, to maintain and future proof the village to an acceptable standard. Identification of potential operational risks and possible consequences. Tracking of SLA performance throughout the month. Ensure services are completed to client satisfaction, complete follow up internally or with sub-contractors where necessary in a timely, effective and efficient manner. Where necessary review of sub contracts with external parties and SLA requirements. Review scope of work to ensure all areas are met and where necessary develop action plans for close out of any gaps identified Supervise and promote continuous improvement, including enhanced focus on self-performance of the team Ensure to communicate in due time all relevant information to the SFM Account Manager Completion of monthly meeting for site, along with updated presentation Supervise maintenance and project operations covering all sub-contractor work Implement best practice within the site on behalf of VR and SFM Supervise execution of PPM plan Manage Site Safety Work plan Implement actions for continuous safety improvement Work with SFM Account Manager and KV Operations Management team to ensure the services under their control are delivered within budgets Manage on site Safety Files to ensure all such files are up-to-date Full subcontractor and SFM technician management in line with company H&S policies. Carry out regular EHS audits of the site and implement plans to close any identified gaps.
