They are seeking a Senior Software Engineer (Python) to join a core options trading strategy development team in Dublin. This role sits close to trading and quantitative research, building critical platforms that underpin research, analysis, and live trading. The Role As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be responsible for the ongoing development, maintenance, and evolution of a Python-based quantitative research and trading platform . This platform enables researchers and traders to rapidly analyse data, test ideas, and deploy new trading strategies in a production environment. You will work closely with Traders, Quantitative Researchers, and Strategy Developers , contributing directly to new trading capabilities and improving the performance, stability, and usability of core systems.   • Payroll Specialist  

    - Dublin Pike

    Contract Length: 6 months contract - could move to a permanent position Coordinate end-to-end monthly payroll processing across EMEA and APAC , partnering closely with external payroll vendors to ensure accuracy and timeliness. Review, validate, and approve payroll inputs including new hires, leavers, salary changes, bonuses, overtime, benefits, and tax details . Perform detailed gross-to-net checks and payroll reconciliations , resolving variances prior to processing. Act as the primary point of contact for employee and stakeholder payroll queries, providing clear guidance and timely resolution. Ensure full compliance with local statutory and regulatory requirements (tax, social security, pensions, and other country-specific obligations). Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records across HRIS and payroll systems , ensuring adherence to GDPR and data privacy standards . Support internal and external payroll audits , reporting requirements, and documentation requests. Partner with Finance on payroll funding, payroll journals, reconciliations, and month‑end close activities . Monitor and stay current with payroll legislation and regulatory changes across all supported countries. Contribute to payroll process improvements and system enhancements , driving efficiency, accuracy, and scalability. 3+ years’ experience in multi‑country payroll, ideally across both EMEA and APAC regions. Solid understanding of payroll legislation in key countries (e.g. UK, Germany, Switzerland, Ireland, Italy, etc.). Experience working with third‑party payroll providers. Accounting experience with NetSuite or similar ERP. Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive data with discretion. Proficiency in Excel (v‑lookups, Sumif, x‑lookup) Familiarity with HRIS systems (e.g. UKG, ADP, SAP SuccessFactors). Experience with multi‑vendor relationship model (TMF, Apex, Merry Mullen, Vistra etc.) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage deadlines across multiple time zones. Payroll certification (e.g. CIPP, APA, or equivalent). Experience with system implementation or payroll migrations.
