About the role The Senior Intelligence Analyst EMEA plays a key role in supporting physical and operational security for the region including Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, providing intelligence analysis and ensuring the safety and security of senior executives during global travel. Based in Dublin, this position provides direct support to the client security team by monitoring regional events, executive itineraries, preparing threat/risk assessments, and as needed, coordinating ground transport logistics with approved vendors. While the role has a global scope, the immediate focus will be on supporting EMEA, with responsibilities scaling over time to support AMER and APAC regions as needed. This is a highly visible role that requires attention to detail, real-time situational awareness, and the ability to operate effectively under pressure during critical events. What youll do In this role You will monitor, assess, and track regional events and threats that would impact client security operations and executive travel itineraries. You will provide assessments of threat levels and provide information to security operations to drive asset allocation and overall awareness. Also, you will support the client entities responsible for executive travel by preparing detailed risk assessments, monitoring itineraries, and providing journey management updates. You will coordinate directly with approved ground transport vendors to ensure seamless executive travel arrangements, while monitoring for disruptions, risks, or changes to itineraries that may require escalation. Your responsibilities will also include providing real-time situational awareness and intelligence monitoring. You will serve as a trusted intelligence support resource during emergency activations, working closely with the Security Operations Center and Security teams to ensure client operations and executive travel remains safe, efficient, and secure. What you need to apply We are looking for a skilled intelligence professional with demonstrated expertise in monitoring and analyzing security threats across the region. You should have: (4 + years experience in strategic threat analysis in the EMEA region (either commercial or government/military is acceptable), experience in intelligence, security operations, executive support, or corporate travel risk management will be highly valued, along with proficiency in using security systems, monitoring tools, and communication platforms. A solid understanding of regional issues (political, security, economic) and cultural nuance, and an understanding of operational and intelligence fusion to make products useful for decision integration. Candidate will demonstrate solid understanding of travel requirements and risks across the EMEA region, familiarity with state and non-state entities that can be disruptive in the region, and an ability to collaborate with professionals from different intelligence and operational backgrounds from across the region. Familiarity with journey management and executive protection considerations and formal intelligence analysis and/or OSINT training and certification is preferred. University level education is preferred, military or government experience in lieu of a degree is also acceptable. AI fluency is part of the role, but the ability to absorb information and express it in operational use cases is essential as candidates will be required to analyze and communicate at a high level. Since you will be communicating with senior leaders in English, its critical that you have strong verbal and written communication skills and are comfortable in front of large audiences. Youll need to be self-motivated and be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. You should bring exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities seamlessly. A proactive, solution-oriented mindset is key to thriving in this role. Youll need to excel at prioritizing tasks effectively and anticipate the needs of the team to stay ahead of the curve. You will need exceptional communication and presentation skills, and a proactive, adaptable mindset in a fast-paced, matrixed environment. In this role, youll need to be proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel and Power BI; familiarity with Copilot and Newsletters would be a plus. About the role The HR Business Partner (HRBP) will be responsible for supporting the allocated sub-regions within Europe, Middle Eastand Africa (EMEA) that is part of a global, multi $100M datacenter client account spanning 30+ countries. As a regional liaison, you will collaborate with Securitas branches and affiliated businesses across multiple EMEA countriesto support the consistent delivery of HR programs. This includes providing training and guidance on staffing, wageanalysis, performance appraisals, and other client-specific HR requirements. What you need to apply We are looking for a seasoned HR professional with at least 5+ years of progressive HR experience. The position requires atminimum, a bachelors degree in human resources or a related field and a CIPD qualification.
