    Overview We are hiring a Project Manager to join our Irish operations team to project manage installations for a key client across the EMEA region. Part of Securitas Group, Securitas Technology is a global supplier of electronic security systems. Reporting to the Installation Manager, the Project Manager oversees the successful rollout of security projects across the EMEA region. This role sits as part of the Irish Securitas Technologies team and requires reporting on local and European levels, providing best-in-class project services with strong commercial acumen. Responsibilities Lead multiple project teams across EMEA with some international locations to ensure contracts are completed on programme and on budget to the desired specification. Manage project compliance with company policies and current health & safety legislation. Support project management and control of contract costs & variations with regular reporting of cost projections and status to the Installation Manager and Finance Controller. Assess and manage subcontractors’ quality of work and their ability to maintain scope and programme. Manage programme risk and proactively engage with design teams to ensure design deliverables dates and details are achieved. Maintain excellent relationships with the management team, subcontractors, and clients. Take a proactive role in the pre-sales and pre-bid process. Contribute to the S&OP process. Plan and schedule works. Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing. Be IT fluent and familiar with MS packages and MS Project (or similar scheduling tools). Partner with the Senior Leadership Team and represent the Projects function during relevant meetings. Collaborate with HR and all people-related projects to support the quarterly and year-end performance review process and drive the business agenda. Knowledge & Experience Experience delivering projects (value up to €10 million) from design stage to completion. Ability to manage several projects concurrently. Professional Experience Third level qualification in a construction-related field with at least 5 years post-graduate experience; 3–5 years in a Project Management role with a recognised security integrator, delivering large-scale Commercial, Industrial or Data Centre projects. Proven ability to build strong relationships internally and externally with the confidence to influence key stakeholders and drive the installation strategy forward.
