The Role This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in project management and energy retrofit. The Junior Project Manager will support the delivery of domestic retrofit projects under the SEAI Warmer Homes Scheme. Working under the guidance of a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager, the role assists with project coordination, contractor scheduling, documentation, homeowner communication, quality checks, and compliance tasks. This position is designed to develop the skills required to progress into a full Project Manager role. Key Responsibilities Support the coordination of domestic retrofit projects. Assist with contractor scheduling and progress tracking. Support homeowner communication and access arrangements. Update project systems (e.g. Procore, trackers). The Role Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the end-to-end delivery of domestic retrofit projects under the SEAI Warmer Homes Scheme. You will manage a portfolio of domestic retrofit projects from survey handover through to final close-out, ensuring works are delivered safely, compliantly, on time, and to SEAI standards while maintaining a high-quality homeowner experience.
