Keep customers at the centre with excellent service, supported by comprehensive training programmes and varied shift patterns for a healthy work‑life balance. Working Hours Hours are flexible across Monday to Sunday on a rota basis, including evenings and weekends. Opening hours: Monday–Friday 7am‑8pm; Saturday 7am‑6pm; Sunday 10am‑6pm.
