You have the opportunity to join a highly experienced team to make a lasting impact on one of the next big releases. What You Will Do Reporting into the Executive Producer, you will design, build and iterate the test framework, directing QA operations. Overseeing both internal and external teams, you will be responsible for devising the QA strategy, managing resources and financial needs, administering and coordinating tools, while working closely with the Senior Leadership and wider team to champion a culture of quality throughout the broader business. Manage the QA Confluence space, maintaining a relevant and progressive set of documentation to aid understanding of QA governance and guidance. Establish and maintain strong communication with cross-functional teams across all disciplines for both internal and external development, including localisation efforts. Collaborating closely with the People team, provide and communicate clear progression paths within the QA org, and support the creation of Career Development Plans throughout your team using the Scopely Job Family Architecture. Generate and maintain deep knowledge of the project and its core game mechanics, in order to assist in the carrying out of other duties. What We’re Looking For 10 + years as a quality assurance professional. 6 + years management experience in leading a team through a full game cycle. Excellent written/verbal communication in English. Experience in building a QA organization that is responsible for end-to-end validation for a critical system or application. Deep understanding of Dev QA and external testing strategies, with the capability to influence change that achieves exceptional product quality. Experience working with remote teams and with a cross functional team that is distributed around the globe. What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field or equivalent experience. 6+ years of experience in security risk management, compliance, or related fields. Strong knowledge of NIST, ISO 27001/27002, and other security frameworks. Experience conducting internal and third-party risk assessments. Familiarity with maintaining a risk register and developing risk management reports for senior leadership. Strong project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple assessments and manage competing priorities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Strong ability to communicate complex security topics to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, or similar are highly preferred.
