About the Role Our client, a high-growth, multi-entity professional services business, is entering an exciting scale-up phase and is seeking a senior operational leader to join their leadership team. Reporting directly to the CEO, this is a pivotal hire responsible for driving execution of the company’s strategic plan and building a best-in-class operating system across the group. This role offers a unique opportunity to play a key part in transforming the business from a founder‑led organisation into a scalable, system‑driven enterprise. What You’ll Be Doing Drive execution of the company’s strategic plan across all divisions Implement and embed a group-wide operating system Lead weekly leadership meetings to ensure accountability and delivery Set and track quarterly priorities across multiple business units Manage senior operational leaders across the group Standardise processes and ensure full SOP documentation Monitor performance, projects, and key operational metrics Support business scaling and continuous improvement initiatives What Our Client is Looking For Experience 10+ years’ experience in accountancy, finance, or operations Proven experience in a senior leadership role (e.g. Head of Operations, Operations Director, Financial Controller) Experience managing across multiple entities or business units Strong track record in scaling businesses and improving processes Experience in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments Qualifications Fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CPA / CIMA or equivalent) – essential MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification – desirable Key Skills Strong commercial and financial acumen Ability to translate strategy into execution Experience implementing systems and improving operational structures Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills Data-driven with strong analytical capability Proven change management experience Why Apply?
