The main function of this role is to support the Building Management of the premises, reporting to the Property & Facilities Management team at Savills. The candidate must be proactive, capable of working on their own initiative, and providing administrative support to the building management team. They will demonstrate an understanding of service standards and key deliverables, proactively supporting and delivering excellent service to the occupiers, visitors, and site team. This will be a largely customer-facing role being the first point of contact for the property at the main concierge desk. Key Responsibilities Have a strong work ethic, pro-active attitude, keen desire to learn and willingness to take ownership of a project Check in arriving visitors, providing access using security and access control system Acting as a main point of contact for tenants and visitors and greeting them in a friendly, courteous and professional manner Handling communication with contractors undertaking maintenance on site Managing and updating contractor log and contractor documentation via Savills online system Operating the main reception phone system and inbox, including responding to all queries in a timely manner Overseeing and maintaining daily administrative operations to enhance and support a cohesive and efficient office environment Organising meetings where requested Scheduling and communicating key dates and events Managing car park operations i.e. ensuring arriving visitors are parked in their designated space Ensuring reception operations run smoothly with consideration to GDPR guidelines Skills, Knowledge And Experience Previous experience in a customer facing role Ability to prioritise with good problem solving and decision-making skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Must have excellent IT skills and software experience Experience in working on multiple projects simultaneously Have strong self-management, organisation and administration skills High attention to detail Strong team working skills Previous experience in a concierge role or the hospitality industry would be desirable. The Role: An opportunity exists for a full-time Analyst to join the Savills Investment team, based at the firm’s Head Office in Molesworth Street, Dublin 2. The team provides fully integrated financial advice and transaction execution services across all sectors nationwide. Equity advisory services include buy and sell-side M&A, fundraising and joint-venture structuring, recapitalisations and strategic advice for corporate real estate transactions. The team has advised on over €2.5 bn of real estate transactions in the past three years alone, with a focus on the office, logistics, retail, PRS and student sectors. The role offers an opportunity for a successful candidate to join a highly regarded real estate advisory and transactional business that is uniquely positioned in its ability to provide sophisticated equity advisory services, alongside exceptional real estate consultancy and capital markets advice. The result is a varied and intellectually stimulating role, working with best-in-class operators, investment managers and investors to provide differentiated, best-in-class advice to clients. Successful candidates will be inquisitive and self-motivated, with a strong commercial interest in real estate capital markets and a desire to work across and learn about a variety of new sectors, structures and geographies. Strong attention to detail is a must, as is proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint and a strong foundation in one or more of DCF valuation, financial modelling and data analysis. Key Responsibilities: Support the senior team in winning and executing a broad range of Irish real estate instructions. Conduct financial analysis and prepare bespoke financial models for large-scale projects, real estate-backed operating businesses and development joint ventures. Prepare transaction deliverables, including detailed financial analysis, corporate summaries, pitches, proposals and ad-hoc investor reports. Conduct comprehensive and in-depth research assignments into a broad range of traditional and alternative real estate sectors. Take responsibility for project management and administration, whilst supporting senior members of the team in delivering exceptional client service. Contribute to improving internal processes to drive efficiencies and improve client service. Be presentable and considered in all interactions (with both colleagues and clients alike) and actively develop internal and external relationships appropriate to your level. Skills, Knowledge and Experience: A highly self-motivated and driven individual with a genuine interest in real estate and a strong desire to develop a long-term career in real estate corporate finance. Strong proficiency in Excel and financial modelling software. Experience with real estate modelling software is a plus. Strong analytical skills – both quantitative and qualitative – with a solid understanding of real estate, valuation methodologies, financial modelling and a desire to continue learning in all areas. Organised, diligent and hardworking, with an ability to exhibit a high level of attention to detail. Team player, capable of planning ahead and managing time effectively in an environment with high workflow and tight deadlines. Good verbal and written communication skills. Ability to quickly build rapport, deliver outstanding client service and foster long-standing relationships. Ideally a Chartered Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or a similar financial qualification. Strong academic performance, with a grade of 2.1 or better. Demonstrable experience in real estate investment, corporate finance, private equity or investment banking desired.
