Overview General Manager (Construction Sector) We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to lead our construction projects in Singapore. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader with proven expertise in managing large-scale construction operations and driving organizational success. Requirements Education: A Bachelor’s Degree is required. Preference will be given to candidates with qualifications in Business Management or Business Administration. Experience: Minimum of 10 years of senior-level experience in the Singapore construction sector. Candidates with an Engineering degree or diploma and experience as a Technical Personnel for BCA registration will be given preference. Probation & Confirmation: The position will commence with a three (3) month probationary period. Upon satisfactory performance and management evaluation, the appointment may be confirmed as a permanent role. Interview: Shortlisted candidates may be required to attend an in-person interview. Responsibilities (Indicative) Provide strategic leadership and oversee all aspects of project execution. Ensure compliance with BCA and other regulatory standards.
