In order to meet mandated and business ESG reporting requirements need tocentralise our ESG data from various sources, implementing a system to support completion of disclosures and output the reporting requirements. The company has contracted with a System Implementation partner who will work with the Business and Technology team to: Configure the system to meet business requirements Integrate the platform with where required. There will be a large number of these integrations. Configure the required report outputs. The company has selected Oracle EPM ESG in order to meet these requirements as the ESG reporting module can facilitate this directive. The ESG module of Oracle EPM application allows for mandated reporting outputs as well as allowing the data to be collated from multiple sources to enable other reporting requirements. The objective of project is to design, build, test and deploy the ESG platform and all required integrations. A critical role in ensuring the success of this implementation will be the Test Manager. Working within the Project team and reporting into the Project Manager, the Test Manager will ensure timely execution of all project test activity. The role will work with many areas of the business. Key Responsibilities Understand the test effort by analysing functional and non-functional requirements Attend implementation workshops, planning and project meetings as required Identify and call out where additional training or other support is required to optimize the testing approach and execution.
