As a Marketing Graduate, you will help bring this work to life by showcasing the people, projects and innovation happening across Ryanair Labs. *Start date will be September 2026* The Role We are delighted to announce that applications are now open for our 2026 Marketing Graduate Programme for Ryanair Labs. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative, organised and ambitious marketing graduate to join a fast‑paced technology environment and support the promotion of Ryanair Labs across internal and external channels. While you will collaborate with different marketing and internal teams, this will be a standalone position giving you ownership of the marketing strategy. Key Responsibilities As a Marketing Graduate, you will support the Ryanair Labs team across a wide range of marketing and communications activities, including: Creating engaging marketing content to promote Ryanair Labs, our people, projects and technology teams Producing short‑form video content for social media, careers campaigns, events and internal communications Filming and editing videos using tools such as CapCut and Canva Supporting the planning and delivery of social media campaigns Assisting with copywriting for social posts, newsletters, blogs, careers pages and internal updates Helping to develop employer branding content that showcases life at Ryanair Labs Capturing photo and video content at Labs events, graduate and team initiatives Working with stakeholders to gather stories, interviews, project updates and content ideas Bringing fresh ideas to help improve how Ryanair Labs communicates its culture and technology work Assisting with event marketing, including careers fairs, university events, internal showcases and technology meetups. Requirements Graduated with a minimum 2.1 degree in Marketing or a related discipline Graduated/finished university no earlier than 2024 Experience creating short‑form video content for social media platforms Video filming and editing skills, ideally using tools such as CapCut and Canva. Strong copywriting skills with the ability to adapt tone of voice for different audiences Good visual eye for content, layout, branding and storytelling Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines Confidence working with different teams and stakeholders to gather content and ideas Ability to work on your own initiative and bring new ideas to the table Strong interpersonal and communication skills Good PC skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint A positive attitude, willingness to learn and a good sense of humour — doesn’t take themselves too seriously!   • Technical Training Instructor

    Ryanair is currently hiring for a Technical Instructor to join Europe’s Largest Airline Group. This is a great opportunity to join Ryanair as we look to grow to 800 aircraft and 300M guests within the next 10 years. Based in our Hangar in Dublin Airport, you will report directly to our Training Manager as we look to increase our engineering operations over the next decade. Instructor role will include but not be limited to: Deliver theoretical and practical engineering training in line with approved training programmes and regulatory requirements. Ensure all training activities comply with EASA Part-145, Part-147, and company procedures where applicable Support the Training Site Lead in the planning, coordination, and execution of engineering training requirements across the site Provide ongoing guidance, mentorship, and performance support to apprentices and trainees throughout their development Deliver on-the-job training sessions to apprentices and trainees. Based in our Head Office in Dublin, this is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to gain experience in Europe’s leading airline, working closely with Senior Management responsible for maintenance of over 600 aircraft. Working a part of our Maintenance Control team you will report to the Maintenance Control Manager and work as part of a team with responsibility for ensure that our operation runs as smoothly as possible as we fly 3,600+ flights per day and 20+million passengers per month. Duties will include: Assisting with the return to service of AOG aircraft. Liaising with Engineers/Flight crew with regard to technical defects.
