Collaborate with other bases to maintain control over all parts shipped across the network. Participate in the stock‑taking process. Adhere to all Company policies, procedures and standards in the areas of Quality, Safety and Human Resources. Maintain cleanliness in the working area. Support the training and development of other team members. Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Store Supervisor. Requirements 4+ years experience working in a Stores environment is essential. Previous experience working in a Team Leader/Leadership role is highly desirable. A Counterbalance Forklift Truck License is advantageous. Excellent organisational and planning skills, with proven capacity to work independently, manage time effectively and prioritise a demanding workload within tight deadlines. Highly analytical, with strong literacy, numeracy, and accuracy skills, along with excellent attention to detail. A strong internally customer focus. Proficiency in IT, including knowledge of AMOS. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to foster an open, honest, and positive team environment. Results‑oriented and process‑driven, with high standards for both self and team performance. The successful candidate will be required to pass both the Ryanair/PAM internal Quality exams / boards.   • Flight Operations Base Manager We are currently recruiting a People Manager – Flight Operations to join Europe’s Largest Airline Group. The successful candidate will act as a point of contact to pilots and ensure that all pilot queries are managed in a timely and professional manner.
