  • Data Analyst

About the role As the Rubik Data Analyst, you'll be responsible for helping our customers use data intelligently to better understand and improve how they operate their businesses. This can range from supporting them to digitalise their data all the way through to using Machine Learning and AI tools and techniques to generate brand new insights. Alongside helping our clients, we are also looking for someone to work with our Chief Data Officer to develop and shape our data capability and customer value proposition. What you'll do Develop standard data models for businesses across a range of industries Help build and maintain data platforms and business intelligence solutions Support with data cleansing to ensure accuracy and consistency Use your analytical skills to generate insights from structured and unstructured data Learn and apply new tools and techniques to help our customers achieve a competitive advantage Work with our Chief Data Officer to develop Rubik’s data capability and customer value proposition The skills you'll need 3 years in a similar data analyst role Interest in learning and applying new data analysis tools and techniques Experience with a variety of programming languages such as SQL, Python & R Experience with ETL and warehousing techniques and tools, such as Amazon Redshift, Databricks, Google BigQuery or Snowflake Experience with a variety of data visualisation tools such as Looker, Tableau, Power BI & Grafana Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team What's in it for you Competitive salary and benefits package Opportunity to work on challenging and innovative projects Collaborative and supportive work environment Opportunities for professional development and growth This is an awesome opportunity to join a fast-growing company, to deliver real tangible value to the customers you work with. About the role As Client Delivery Manager, you will work with our customers to deliver their digital transformation projects and programmes. You will be responsible for planning and coordinating activity across multiple parties to ensure they deliver on time, to budget and to a high degree of quality. You will also work closely with Rubik digital consultants to ensure that any work completed ties in to our customers' digital strategy as well as our customer success managers to ensure that any solutions we implement are properly supported.
